Gold Nugget

(OP)60 days. Great golden orange cherry tomato that's one of the first to ripen. Vigorous, productive determinate plants from Oregon St. U. Very similar to Sun Gold in look and flavor. About a week earlier and a bit larger cherry. Because it's determinate, it doesn't produce as long as Sun Gold or SunSugar. It will also tend to get the 'rusty' speckles later in the season that many yellow and orange varieties can get.

I have seen conflicting info as to whether the purchased seed is hybrid or OP. Most varieties released by OSU tho are OP.
